I love that ObligoBoard provides pre-built frameworks, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Instead of worrying about what to track, the GDPR obligations are already set up with clear guidance and legal references. The Evidence pack export feature is also fantastic, allowing us to generate an audit-ready PDF in one click rather than piecing everything together manually. The guidance on each obligation is incredibly useful for our team who aren’t lawyers, as it provides plain language explanations and references to the actual GDPR articles. The ability to see risk levels helps us prioritize, focusing on high-risk items first instead of relying on guesswork. The initial setup was very straightforward, taking maybe 15 minutes to pick the framework and start assigning ownership without any technical hassles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's still a young product, so there are things we are waiting for. We'd love to see more automation around evidence collection: right now you upload files manually. An AI assistant that could help draft responses or suggest evidence would be great. Also the reporting could go deeper like trend analysis over time showing how our compliance posture has improved quarter over quarter. Not directly: it doesn't have integrations yet. We export the evidence packs as PDFs and share those with our external DPO and auditors.
