The adoption of O3 Solutions has transformed project management, becoming the technological backbone for AWP execution. I like how it facilitates the transition from theoretical planning to highly structured and predictable field execution. I value the way it integrates various project requirements, allowing for anticipation and management of operational constraints in advance, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring that IWP work packages are 100% ready for installation. O3 Solutions has optimized labor usage and maintains real physical progress above the scheduled, proving to be an indispensable tool for operational predictability, cost efficiency, and excellence in executing large-scale projects. I believe the tool would benefit from expanding its module to allow planning at the level of specific steps within each task. I would like to be able to assign start and end dates to each step of each task, as well as visualize a Gantt chart at the step level, with man-hours assigned to each.
