What I like best about o2switch is how refreshingly simple and straightforward their hosting offer is. Everything is included in one plan—unlimited bandwidth, SSD storage, email accounts, domains, backups, and more. There are no hidden fees or surprise limitations, which takes a huge load off my shoulders when managing hosting for multiple company websites. It’s a relief to know that I don’t have to compare different plans or constantly upgrade to get the features we need. The one thing I’d say could be improved is the lack of scalability options. While o2switch is perfect for shared hosting, they don’t offer VPS or cloud hosting if you’re looking to scale up or need more advanced infrastructure. It hasn’t been an issue for us yet because it handles our current workload well, but I do wish there were options to grow within their ecosystem instead of having to look elsewhere down the line.
