Onboarding was very straightforward, and the system is clear enough to use without reading any documentation. That matters on both sides: internally the people running a tender change from one case to the next, and on the supplier side, anything difficult to use is a barrier to getting bids in.
Nvelop solves the hardest part of IT tendering: making supplier responses comparable. Instead of reading through answers in a dozen different formats, we score them against criteria we define ourselves and assess capabilities on the same basis.
The AI features are substantive rather than cosmetic. They reduce the workload in preparing and evaluating tenders, and no RFP has to start from a blank page.
Development is active and clearly ambitious, with new functionality arriving at a good pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting is still fairly limited, though we understand it is being developed. Supplier contact also happens largely outside the tool, so there is manual work involved in reaching out and following up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
