I like the customer support we received from Nutshell since day 1. They helped us seamlessly import our data and always respond quickly and thoroughly when I reach out with a question. The only thing I can think of that might make it better for our whole team was if it integrated with Quickbooks, but I am in Marketing, so that doesn't really affect me. :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
