SSR snapshot is limited (at least in our version) to 8 hours, so I have to use a tool like Putty to get old snapshots. In my experience, it can take a while or even longer to respond to a support request. fix it Since this is a really big and comprehensive management tool, it may take the administrator some time to set up all the parts, but once they get used to it, it's a great tool.
