What do you like best about Nula?

Great experience with a smooth flow—everything feels in place, and users say it’s very easy to book. It’s been easy to implement in my day-to-day tasks, and I consistently get great feedback from my customers. Guys there are very helpful, customer support which wasn't needed much, but they were helpful.

Customers are using it daily, and it became part of our main products for the salon, just like scissors.

What do you dislike about Nula?

I don’t know if there’s anything else worth mentioning that I don’t like, but one thing is that the admin panel is in dark mode and it can’t be toggled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nula solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for appointment management and communicating with customers. One feature I really like is the winbacks: if a customer hasn’t booked in about three weeks for a new haircut, they automatically get a message from us letting them know we miss them. The best part is how easy it was to set up—it was already there, and we just toggled a switch to turn the feature on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
