What do you like best about Nucra?

Mostly that everything is in one place. We use it for shipment status, delays, documents, invoicing and payments. The Operations Center is probably the most useful part because it shows what needs attention without having to check every load one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nucra?

So far, I haven’t found anything major that I dislike. If I had to suggest an improvement, an AI dispatcher. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nucra solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves us a lot of manual work and time. We can see the balance and margins without calculating everything separately, customers can get updates automatically, and the driver app makes communication with drivers easier. It also keeps track of deadlines and documents, helps with invoicing and accounting, and keeps everything in one place. We can also see available trucks, which helps when planning new loads.
