What do you like best about Novi Survey?

I love this platform for its simple layout and easy to use features. Forms can be created easily by using this platform. I love the part where managing questions, validating survey and editing survey can be done easily. I love the capability to change the language of the survey which greatly enhances the reach of the varied population. The availability of Spell checker is also one feature that greatly assist in keeping the quality of the survey high. I love the ability of this platform to manage the responses and deployment of the survey. Contacts can also be added to this platform enabling faster distribution and better responses. The capability of this platform to customize the templates and even convert it for mobile version is commendable. I love the overall performance of this platform and its ability to generate reports that will assist in forming good decision making for the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Novi Survey?

I love most part of this platform but I also feel that having certain upgrade to this platform would be good. I wish that the platform was a little bit faster as that would increase the efficiency of the work. I also wish that this platform had good integration tools too. If this platform had an AI to assist for creation of forms, it would be really good for users. Other than this I wish that enhancing the distribution capabilities of this platform would be really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Novi Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform simplicity allows user to create the survey much easily even for new users. we find the user interface really comfortable for use.
