What do you like best about Novi Survey?

I like how simple and easy Novi Survey is to use. The interface is clean, so creating and managing surveys doesn’t feel complicated. What I find most helpful is how quickly I can collect responses and view the results all in one place. It saves me time and makes the whole process feel smooth, especially for beginners Integrations are decent, but I feel there’s still room for improvement, especially if you want to connect it with other tools for better workflow. What do you dislike about Novi Survey?

One thing I don’t like about Novi Survey is that it can feel a bit limited when I’m looking for more advanced features or deeper customization. At times, the available options seem too basic, and it’s not always easy to tailor surveys exactly the way I want. What problems is Novi Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novi Survey helps me collect feedback and understand people’s opinions in a more organized way. Earlier, it was difficult to manage responses manually, but now everything is in one place and easy to track. It saves time and helps in making better decisions based on real data instead of guessing The onboarding process is straightforward, and you can get started quickly without needing much guidance. Support is okay, but faster responses or more detailed help would make it better. As for AI features, they are helpful for basic tasks, but not very advanced yet.
