What do you like best about Notion?

What I like most about Notion is being able to keep my work organized in one place, without constantly switching between different tools. I find Teamspaces especially useful because they let me separate work by team or project, so it’s easy to locate the information I need when I need it. I also appreciate the Tasks feature, since I can track what needs to be done, update statuses, and manage my work within the same workspace. Overall, Notion feels simple to use and makes it easier for me to keep my tasks, notes, and project details organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

One thing I find a bit challenging with Notion is that it can take time to figure out where everything is, especially in a Teamspace with lots of pages, tasks, and databases. At times there are simply too many options, so locating the exact information I need ends up taking a few extra clicks. I also feel the overall experience could be smoother when working in larger, more complex workspaces. These aren’t major issues, but if navigation and organization were a little more straightforward, Notion would be easier to use day to day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion helps me solve the problem of having my work information, tasks, and project updates scattered across different places. With Teamspaces, I can keep related information together and quickly access it whenever I need it. The Tasks feature is also helpful for tracking pending work and maintaining a clear view of what I still need to complete.
