What do you like best about Notion?

The forms, overall structure, dark mode, stats, and ease of use are all strong. It integrates well with quite a few platforms we already use. Performance feels snappy, and I haven’t experienced any lag when entering input. Pricing is fair: the free tier gives you quite a few tools to work with, and the paid plans take it to the next level. Onboarding was good; I only had a minor issue with my work email and an ongoing promotion, but support got it sorted. The AI is good too—I’ve used it quite a bit to write complex code and create personalized formulas with custom values. All in all, I’m very satisfied with Notion. What do you dislike about Notion?

I’d love to see more spreadsheet options so I can do more of what a typical Excel sheet can do. Notion has helped my business heaps overall, but this is one feature I’d really like to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion keeps my internal organization on track. We keep all our clients, photoshoots, and video work for different clients in Notion, which makes invoicing a breeze. It streamlines the process and helps us stay on top of deadlines, as well as track invoices and when payments are due. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
