I appreciate NoticeHub's convenient space to load notices and its customizable features. The UI is great and I find it very affordable. I enjoy the ability to tag others with comments directly within the platform, which saves time compared to separate communications. Having direct contact with the company readily available to answer questions really means a lot to me, especially when contrasting with AI chatbots or ticketing systems. I suggested an update to the state tax agency database area to include historical data and direct contact information for the agency or a URL for the agency website.
