What do you like best about Noreja Process Intelligence?

We were particularly impressed by the seamless integration with our central source system containing relevant log data and the intuitive operation of the AI-supported chat interface. It was also very helpful to be able to include our own process documentation in the analyses, thereby taking the professional context into account. The AI provided special added value by actively supporting the analysis, suggesting suitable next analysis steps, and significantly simplifying user guidance. Furthermore, logical connections within the process chains were recognized, and cross-process patterns and optimization potentials were transparently highlighted. What do you dislike about Noreja Process Intelligence?

What problems is Noreja Process Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

Noreja Process Intelligence helps us analyze process flows much faster and more thoroughly, as well as efficiently identify optimization and automation potentials. The combination of Process Mining, AI-supported analysis, and the inclusion of process documentation is particularly valuable, making process connections, deviations, and cross-process patterns transparent. The intelligent user guidance and suggestions for further analysis steps also enable less experienced users to quickly and purposefully engage in process analysis.
