Nooks is saving much of my time during outbound prospecting. The parallel dialer lets me connect with more prospects instead of waiting between calls, which has noticeably improved my productivity. I also find the AI-generated call transcripts, summaries, and automatic dispositions very helpful because they reduce manual note-taking and make CRM updates much faster. One thing I'd like to see improved is the follow-up workflow. When I schedule a follow-up with a prospect, it doesn't always pop up automatically in the dialer when it's due. This makes it easy to miss or manually search for scheduled callbacks, especially during a busy calling day. Nooks solves the problem of inefficient outbound calling by reducing the time spent manually dialing numbers and switching between tools. The parallel dialer helps me connect with more prospects in less time, while the automatic call recording, transcription, and AI-generated summaries reduce the amount of manual note-taking after each call. As an SDR, this allows me to focus more on having quality conversations with prospects instead of administrative tasks. It also helps me keep accurate CRM notes, review past conversations before follow-ups, and maintain higher daily call activity, making my outreach process more productive.
