What do you like best about Nomia?

Nomia changes the whole approach to business documents. there is one template for a document forever, instead of many versions of a document. You never ask where the latest version is because it's always there. Once all the templates are imported making chnages is so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomia?

There is a bit of a learning curve, and badly formatted word documents don't always import perfectly after years of modifications. It isn’t infinitely flexible, but you can create most things that you want to create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Standardising Contracts,

Simplifying the contract generation process,

Managing Standardisation and change control for Corporate Policies.

The standardised formatting and rule-based numbering allow us to focus purely on the content and the final document looks exactly as we expect.

The Content linking capability means text across various documents is perfectly standardised.

As CIO of an NGO I need to improve efficiency and since our role is to drive employment we handle lots of contracts and are planning to roll out fully automated contracts from our recruitment portal . Nomia allows us to do this while retaining business control of the wording and IT does not need to be involved at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
