What do you like best about Nomad?

The platform is easy to use, every step of the leasing process has been thought through and simplified for the user. The responsiveness of the team is helpful and answers any questions within minutes. The pricing for what you get - guaranteed rent payments, insurance, lease signing, etc - very much worth what you're paying. What do you dislike about Nomad?

The only part that we've had some clunkiness with was integrating our properties with existing tenants onto the platform. I wouldn't even call it a dislike. The Nomad team has been helpful guiding us through the appropriate steps to get our tenants up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad is taking the entire leasing process off our plate. This is typically the biggest headache for a landlord - finding candidates, listing the property, scheduling tours, vetting applications and signing a lease.
