"Nolio: the indispensable, fast, and intuitive tool for daily coaching"

What do you like best about Nolio?

A tool designed by coaches, for coaches — indispensable on a daily basis.

I use Nolio daily to manage the training of my athletes in triathlon, trail, and swimrun, and it has become the backbone of my coaching activity.

Interface / User Experience. The drag-and-drop planning and session duplication from my library save me several hours each week. I build my 4-week blocks in a few minutes, and the athlete-side calendar view is clear enough that even the least tech-savvy can navigate it without training.

Integrations. The automatic synchronization with Garmin, Strava, and other ecosystems is reliable: sessions upload automatically, with power, heart rate, and pace data. No more manual exports — I spend my time analyzing, not collecting.

Performance. The application is fast and stable, even with a full roster of athletes. The load tracking (planned/actual comparison, monotony, strain) allows me to detect deviations early and adjust before fatigue sets in.

Pricing / ROI. The value for money is excellent compared to equivalent Anglo-Saxon platforms. The time saved on administration and the quality of monitoring more than justify the subscription — it's an investment recouped from the first athletes.

Support / Onboarding. The team is responsive, French-speaking, and above all, attentive: user feedback truly translates into product developments, which is rare.

AI / Intelligence. The automatic analysis indicators enrich my data interpretation without ever replacing the coach's judgment — exactly the right balance.

With the API: I can use an AI, of my choice, to assist me.

What do you dislike about Nolio?

Few complaints: the mobile app is still less comprehensive than the web version, and the advanced analysis (power, modeling) does not yet reach the depth of specialized tools, but with the API, one can quickly solve the problem. What problems is Nolio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nolio centralizes everything that was scattered: planning, training data, communication with athletes, and load monitoring. No more back and forth between spreadsheets, emails, and manufacturer platforms. I detect fatigue and deviations earlier thanks to the planned/actual comparison, I adjust plans in a few clicks, and my remote coaching becomes as smooth as in-person.
