What do you like best about Noise Firewall?

awesome solution for BPO and office of call centers, and support existing calling solution so we don't have to change our existing whether it's a normal or softphone. This product follows all the compliances PCI-HIPAA etc. and having good visibility as per users' noise levels, which is a great companion to ask user whether he is in a good place to make calls or not. Easy to setup, easy to integrate, easy to manage and having cross-platform availability. Wonderful bundle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Noise Firewall?

as it removes the noise like dislikes, so far since we used it's helping our remote users even. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Noise Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?

for visibility of users, so that we can create a good and less noisy workspace for them. Efficient product with lots of features, with less consumable resources on end-user machines.
