What do you like best about NOEM.ai?

I've tried quite a few AI chat platforms, and NOEM.ai has honestly impressed me. I use it to build AI assistants for my clients, and the setup has been much easier than I expected. I can combine detailed instructions, knowledge documents, and ChatGPT to create assistants that stay on topic and give reliable answers. Even in industries where accuracy and guardrails really matter, it's been solid. The weekly AI analysis reports are one of my favorite features because they point out where the bot can improve, making it easy to keep refining things over time. What do you dislike about NOEM.ai?

This is a tough one... I guess I would say that there's a bit of a learning curve if you really want to get the most out of it. NOEM.ai has helped me build AI assistants that can answer customer questions 24/7 while staying focused on each client's business. Instead of spending hours responding to repetitive inquiries or worrying about inconsistent answers, my clients now have assistants that provide accurate, helpful information and capture leads even when they're unavailable. As a marketing agency, it's also given me a valuable new service to offer my clients. The weekly AI analysis reports make it easy to spot weak areas, improve responses, and continue increasing the quality of each assistant over time.
