Instead of handing customers a huge list of CVEs and having them attempt to prioritize vulnerabilities, we can show what is actually exploitable in their environment. Seeing real impacts, such as domain compromise or ransomware, enables clients to target true risk. This fits really well with the CTEM and exposure-management conversations we are having.
The managed console is also useful for us as a service provider. We can keep customers in one place, track comparative and trending data, and use features like Rapid Response to quickly see whether a newly disclosed issue applies to an environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like more flexibility to emulate specific threat actors or individual attack methods on demand. We can use the findings and threat-actor mapping to show how weaknesses relate to known activity, but some customers ask to run a particular technique directly. More targeted test templates would help with those conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
