What do you like best about noCRM?

Quick, easy, and simple setup and account creation. It’s budget-friendly for the features presented, and the dashboard/widget layout and client management are straightforward and not complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about noCRM?

Some limitations are in place and are restricted behind certain subscription levels. Older versions offered more preferences and settings for user permissions, and I’d like to see those options brought back or expanded. User permission settings, in particular, could be elevated further and made available across more subscription tiers and user packages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is noCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping all my clients in one place has been really helpful. I can create a “new lead” for any project, no matter the level or stage, and then add docs or comments as it moves through the pipeline. When a project is won, I can quickly lock in fees and then report on or export the financials, as well as export a full “lead” or “client” data packet.
