I really appreciate the convenience of having the ability to see many leads in one view with noCRM. It makes my workflow much easier because I can access all the relevant information concerning each lead, including the lead name, contacts, requirements, country, and whether a response has been made. This feature helps me manage my RFQs more efficiently. I also like the lead table view, where all the data about the leads is available on one page. This setup shows me everything about the buyer, like their product requirements, amounts, countries, and responses, eliminating the need to use other applications, which is very handy. The communication tracking feature is also beneficial because it helps me identify which leads I've contacted and lets me handle multiple RFQs without missing anything important. Getting acquainted with various perspectives and workflow choices took some time at first. Since the platform is focused on lead management and selling, it requires a bit of time to learn how to properly arrange fields and workflows. Initially figuring out the best workflow and field setup to match my approach was a bit of an obstacle, although it became easier once I got used to the layout.
