What I like best about noCRM.io is its simplicity and focus on lead management. Unlike traditional CRMs that can feel overwhelming, it is designed to help sales teams quickly capture, track, and follow up on leads without unnecessary complexity. The interface is intuitive, and creating or updating leads takes very little time. I also like the customizable sales pipelines and activity tracking features, which help keep the sales process organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about noCRM.io?**

One thing I dislike about noCRM.io is that some advanced reporting and analytics capabilities are not as comprehensive as those offered by larger enterprise CRM platforms. While it covers core sales needs very well, organizations looking for highly detailed analytics or extensive customization may find certain limitations.

noCRM.io solves the problem of managing leads efficiently and ensuring that potential opportunities do not get lost in the sales process. **What do you like best about noCRM.io?**

As someone overseeing operations and compliance for a mining firm, I value tools that don’t create extra learning burdens for field and office staff alike. noCRM.io has a streamlined layout that our team picked up instantly, with zero lengthy training sessions required. Its core lead tracking and pipeline tools align perfectly with how we manage supplier relationships and incoming partnership inquiries. Timely follow-up alerts and centralized contact histories stop important communications from falling through the cracks. Compared to bulky full-suite CRMs, it cuts out all unnecessary functions, keeps daily workflows lean, and also comes at a reasonable cost. The basic setup was also straightforward, so we started using it productively in very little time.

**What do you dislike about noCRM.io?**

The platform isn’t built to cater to industry-specific workflows like mining supply chain management and regulatory record-keeping. There are no pre-built fields or templates tailored to our operational and compliance needs, so we had to build everything from scratch. Data exporting capabilities are fairly basic, which makes it hard to pull formatted, ready-to-use reports for our internal compliance audits. What troubles us most is the simplistic access control system; we can’t set differentiated permissions for different job roles. This means junior team members can view sensitive supplier and operational data, forcing our compliance team to add extra manual checks to mitigate data risks.

Before adopting this tool, we relied on scattered spreadsheets to log leads and supplier information, which often caused duplicate entries and lost records. Now all relevant data is stored in one unified location. It standardizes our tracking processes across the team, speeds up follow-ups with vendors, and greatly reduces the risk of operational oversights. Overall, it has brought better order to our supply chain lead management and lightened our daily admin load.

The best thing about noCRM is its simplicity; its modules are specifically focused on very important features, which are actually necessary to close deals in the deal pipeline. This crm treats the actionable items, which makes my deal pipeline more intuitive. Also, another strong thing about this platform is that it allows creating leads quickly and assigning tasks to track their progress. without needing any heavy initial setup.

Their pipeline is very effective in terms of customisations is very good and easy to log customer relevent interactions, very useful for our sales and team marketing.

**What do you dislike about noCRM.io?**

This platform may sometimes feel very limited regarding deeper analytics and sales pipeline reporting. And also, their advanced automation needs to be polished a little bit. Their lead centric kindoff approach need some learning curve, since it is a bit different from other traditional CRM in this space.

**What problems is noCRM.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nocrm helps me in solving the problem of managing deal pipelines. This also helps in reducing the data management effort, making the entry quicker. This sales-effective deal pipeline makes the follow-up easier as well. This overall lead centric crm makes sure no lead leaks are happening from generating the lead to assigning the leads and the entire lead lifecycle.

I like using noCRM.io for pipeline management for new sales and partnerships. The simple UX and UI are great because they are very clean and organized without any extra fluff. I also appreciate the price point and simplicity. It's well-integrated with tools like Zapier, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Claude, and the initial setup was easy.

I wish a few things were a bit more customizable, but at the current company size, it's not an issue.

The feature that allows me to create leads just by BCC'ing an email is fantastic because it saves me the hassle of filling in a form with fields to create a lead. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

It's not always easy to search for leads.

I use noCRM.io to manage and track contacts with existing clients and new leads from trade shows all in one system. I find it easy to use since I can enter information and jot down my notes all on one screen. The initial setup was very simple.

I am not a fan that the schedule next task and Standby is the exact same thing. I also hate that they hold the online training at the same time every week rather than offering different options.

I like how clear and easy to use it is. The layout is simple, and it helps us keep our sales pipeline well organized. It’s also very easy to assign leads to team members, which is perfect for our small team. There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes I wish there were a few more customization options for reports or dashboards. However, this is a minor thing — overall, the simplicity of the system is actually one of its biggest strengths.

**What do you like best about noCRM.io?**

I have been using noCRM.io for a little over a month for my telemarketing and I particularly appreciate the ability to create custom pipelines tailored to my industry. This CRM is perfect for commerce, much less administrative than other solutions I have tested. It fits perfectly with my vision, which was not complicated thanks to the available support and responsive tutorials. I particularly like the automatic integration with other software, which saves me time. The ability to track the progress of files in B2B as well as in B2C is another asset, with great customization flexibility. The daily updates and the omnifunctionality of the CRM effectively support me in my work. Moreover, noCRM.io integrates perfectly with tools like Ringover, Zapier, Slack, Whatsapp, and Google Maps, which significantly enriches its use. I am also impressed by the ability to customize my communications and create a tailor-made CRM corresponding to my different business sectors. I greatly appreciate these features that make noCRM.io truly suited to my professional needs.

The only suggested improvement concerns the addition of more personal elements on the control command bar.
