"Lightning-Fast OTP delivery and smooth integration"

What do you like best about Nobel SMS Platform?

We are using Nobel SMS for our OTP and 2FA functionalities in our platform. What's great about it is that the codes sent to our users through the SMS are arriving lightning fast (based on the feedback received is under 5 seconds) and since we integrated Nobel SMS, the delivery rate increased significantly and our customer support is spending less time on phone number validation tickets.

Their platform is easy to use and the integration went smooth.

What do you dislike about Nobel SMS Platform?

Other communication methods would be good to have. The best example would be WhatsApp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nobel SMS Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The previous SMS platform we were using had a poor delivery rate. Since we switched to Nobel SMS, the delivery rate increased significantly and our CS team spends less time on sign up / login tickets or cash out tickets. Even our rating from the AppStore and Google Play started to improve since the sign up (especially) friction decreased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
