There are so many categories to have a coach/expert help, including mental health, finances, life coaching and even nutrition! They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Even after just one session, I noticed a significant difference in my stress levels. Their guidance has helped me navigate challenges with more clarity. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** There is nothing I dislike about Nivati. The only thing I was were more available times with my coaches/therapists, only because I get so much out of each session. However, they do offer several times with other coaches if I can't find with my regular ones. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being a supervisor can be stressful, so I appreciate the resources for stress management. ### 2. Scheduling appointments is easy and the platform is user friendly. Customer support has been great the few times I needed it. I use it weekly. It was easy to get started and there is nothing new to download. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** I have not encountered any difficulties with Nivati. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a mental health coach available to me at times that work for me, and for free. ### 3. The legnth of the content seems just about right and is organized in a way that employees can intuitively navigate to topics of interest. I would also add that the speakers are very 'real,' which allows the viewer to really hear the messages. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** It would be nice to have them develop a questionaire that then builds a self-guided 'menu' to target an individuals interests. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** none. ### 4. Finding her was relatively easy since there are easy keywords, a brief blurb written by the coaches/therapists, and even a photo of them. Nivati also sends a reminder about 27 hours in advance. Since you can't cancel without being charged within 24h of the appointment, it's nice to have a reminder with that ~3 hour window. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** I haven't explored the site enough to have too much criticism here. However, I did have to essentially reverse engineer a way to get to the page with the coaches/therapists so I could schedule my sessions. Once I did that, it was easy. The handful of times I've needed to cancel/reschedule have been painless. I could see people having a frustrating time with this interface, though. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** My institution offered Nivati for free coaching (technically can't be called therapy), and so far I haven't paid a dime out of pocket or from my HSA for any of my sessions. I wasn't talking to anybody when Nivati was announced, so I thought "free" was well worth my time. While I haven't spoken to anybody else at work who is using it, it was certainly easy enough to log in and find somebody that I feel confident other people must be! ### 5. They're always coming out with new content and seeking to improve. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** We're working on our engagment still - I think the counseling can be a hit or miss, but that is also the case with any mental health provider. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think they are putting the focus on mental health instead of just the standard physical fitness challenges you see. We have a lot of people who really utilize these services. ### 6. I like the easy-to-find topics, the free options and the appointment offerings for live wellness help. Virtual service is a click away; I can find help that applies to me today. I enjoy guided meditations and yoga for all levels. I feel supported by my employer, I know they value this portion of life as part of a whole - work is essential, but I am a person, too. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** I can't quite put my finger on it, but the website seems unpolished and unfinished. I feel hesitant to utilize all the services as I wonder if my information is protected to my specifications, I'd like to have a say in what I share. It feels a little wishy-washy. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am encouraged to place mental health on my priority list, not only at home but at work as well. I feel like I am more valued when I can hone my coping skills with tools provided by my workplace. ### 7. There is also an option to enroll in live sessions, if preferred. I will be using the Nivati site for additional wellness assistance. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** I did not see any downside to using Nivati. Several videos are not very long for those that don't have a lot of time. However, there are some videos that are longer in length for those that have more time. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used the Nivati site to learn how to deal with stress, both physically and mentally. I also really like the person I have connected with and continue to see weekly. **What do you dislike about Nivati?** There were a few bugs at first in needing to sign some paperwork that I had already signed, but ultimately I'd rather they be extra sure for something like this if it's for compliance purposes. Their tech support is very responsive. **What problems is Nivati solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mental health counseling is prohibitively expensive for so many, myself included. This platform allows me to seek out support resources and schedule appointments without the headache. ### 10.
