"Single Portal for Easy Device Management, Remediation, and Remote Support"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The layout of the platform is clear, user-focused and easy to navigate. The relevant information is displayed, and columns can be easily added and changed depending on your needs. The agent gathers all necessary device data, which is especially useful when a device is offline. Knowing that update and patch management are automated lets us focus on other areas of the business. Being able to quickly connect to end users through their device, including the ability to input administrator credentials when needed, is invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

No ability yet to send a message before connecting to a device, but I understand this is under development. It would also be useful to send a message to a device without a user logged in, as currently the chat function is only enabled during user login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

It provides quick access to a snapshot of devices across an organisation. It’s a secure remote management tool that makes it easy to connect to customer devices. I also find it straightforward to manage and view devices, and to gather key information about them. Deploying scripts and software in bulk is simple as well, and scheduling those deployments is easy to set up. We have configured the platform to integrate with our ticketing system, Halo, which records the asset information against the owner of the device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
