"Modern UI, Fast Deployment, and Powerful Machine Access and Management"

4/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The UI is very clean and modern. It’s easy to navigate, keeps clutter to a minimum, and makes it quick to train new techs.

Deployment is fast thanks to a lightweight agent and straightforward endpoint onboarding. Patch management is also a strong point, with reliable OS and common app patching, plus scheduling and approval controls.

Remote access tools are excellent: remote control is smooth, performance is good, and the session features are genuinely useful. Automation and scripting are flexible as well, with policies, scripts, and workflows that help reduce repetitive work.

Monitoring and alerts are clear, with sensible thresholds and good visibility into overall device health. Asset and inventory visibility is another highlight; hardware and software inventory is easy to pull for audits and planning.

Integrations with ticketing/PSA tools work well and help keep the workflow centralized. Reporting is solid too, with useful built-in reports for patch status, device compliance, and operational metrics. Support has been a good experience overall, with responsive help and strong documentation/community resources, though it can vary by region. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Pricing can add up: costs may rise as you add features, endpoints, or optional modules.

Some advanced features feel “power-user”: deeper automation/reporting can take time to master.

Limited customization in a few areas: certain dashboards/reports/layouts aren’t as flexible as expected.

Occasional alert noise: monitoring needs tuning to avoid too many notifications.

Third-party patch coverage varies: not every app is covered equally; may need custom scripts for niche software.

Remote session feature gaps: depending on your needs, you might miss a couple of advanced remote-control extras found in dedicated tools.

Mac/Linux depth may differ: cross-platform is supported, but Windows management is usually the strongest.

Feature requests take time: some improvements depend on roadmap timing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to access stores remotely so I can provide proper support. It allows multiple connections at the same time, and it also makes it easy to send and receive files when needed.

organize a list of all the stores we have and how many computers we have on each store.

I can check whether stores have conectivity or not, and properly setup and configure Point of Sell machines on all of our stores when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
