Teams monitor and control Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and virtual devices in one place, automate routine work with policy-based automation and human-centered AI, and cut the cost and risk that come from running many disconnected tools. NinjaOne serves internal IT teams and MSPs alike, from lean IT departments to mid-market and large enterprise organizations managing distributed, multi-site environments. Common uses include consolidating IT tooling, automating patching for security and compliance, managing distributed and hybrid workforces, improving endpoint visibility, and strengthening backup and ransomware readiness. Organizations that move to NinjaOne report replacing four or more separate tools with the single platform. NinjaOne is FedRAMP Moderate Authorized and SOC 2 Type II and Type III compliant, and supports audit-ready compliance evidence across frameworks including CMMC, ISO 27001, and HIPAA. ## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Revolutionalised Our Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew B. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Automations work as expected, patching (software and OS) is reliable, Ninja Remote is easy to use for both us and end user, remote powershell/cmd works well too. (There's now even background remote so we can log on and view event viewer for example without disturbing end user). NinjaOne is very easy to set up, customer service is fantastic and I often hear from my account manager who wants to check in with us. Active Discord community where both other customers and NinjaOne staff are on hand to assist. I am able now as well to remote into my Linux devices!

I like how I can see everything in one portal and that they are always adding new features. Even better is we can SSO onto the platform and it supports passkeys!

We are using it for documentation and our IT knowledge base and it is good to have everything in one place for our techs. I am also using it for vulnerability management between Defender and Crowdstrike as it's good to have everything in one place on the system I can actually do remediation work on and patching.

I have recently started testing backups with my NAS and this was so easy to set up, I am speechless! We use it to backup our servers too (even Linux now!) and even doing an image back up lets us go on and download individual documents for when a user has 'misplaced' something and we don't want to do a full server recovery. Although it does let us do a full recovery too easily using the tool that NinjaOne provide. That has worked well with our vSphere environment and provided a full server image recovery.

I use NinjaOne every day and I honestly would be lost without it as would my team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Devices that are offline are shown as unhealthy on the dashboard which I would prefer to not be included in the statistics. It does let me customise other health information though which is good.

I wish I could run patching/scripts on a scheduled basis if its missed, I think this is an upcoming feature...

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OS and Software patching and showing at a glance which devices this has failed on, and most importantly for us being able to automate scripts on devices which helps us keep other aspects of the workstations up to date. This has saved us countless hours of work not just for the IT team but saved a lot of chargeable time being lost from our fee earning staff.

I also now have it monitoring my online servers as an uptime monitor to see if they are offline so I can find out before my users tell me.
It is also providing us with backups and I can quickly access them via NinjaOne to download a file a user has mistakenly deleted (even on Linux!). There is also an option to do a full image restore which we have been able to do when transferring a broken workstation into a virtual machine which is something we would not have been able to easily do before NinjaOne.

We also use it for MDM to ensure that company owned iPhones and Androids are being updated and we can remote wipe them and change passcodes if users forget them. I can also push out apps to users to make sure they all have the ones they need to be able to do their work.

  ### 2. Your all-in-one remote desktop solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin K. | IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne offers a wide range of tools for remote desktop services, making it easy to apply changes without interrupting the end user. I also like that you can write scripts in CMD or PowerShell, and that Ninja provides a library of ready-made scripts that can be deployed to a computer almost instantly. From the available windows, you can open File Explorer and Task Manager, which helps you quickly pinpoint deeper issues, such as memory leaks. The platform is straightforward to learn, and most key functions are clearly displayed on the dashboard. Customer support has been excellent as well, with one-to-one sessions in addition to standard technical support. As someone who uses the full feature set regularly, I rarely run into problems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

When remotely connected to a user, there are no chat logs available. As a result, the technician has to either take screenshots or manually copy the conversation across.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows me to remotely help users who need assistance, while also letting me monitor and manage their systems effectively. Automation and scripting also help out in saving time and applying scripts across the entire network.

  ### 3. All-in-One Management Hub That Simplifies MSP Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric T. | Managed Services Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The number of tools available in one centralized management hub is excellent. We use this management and monitoring system daily for our clients, and as an MSP supporting many organizations, it makes serving our customers much simpler.

With alerts, automations, scripts, custom fields, and NinjaOne Remote with behind-the-scenes access, we can quickly find device information and keep tabs on overall health. The areas we most commonly implement for our organizations are RMM, endpoint management, and patching. We’ve also started expanding into other services, such as MDM and NinjaOne Connect, and once you learn each module, they’re easy to roll out across the board.

Whenever we need assistance, customer service is quick to respond and, when necessary, escalates to qualified technicians for the specific scenario.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Overall, NinjaOne has been a very effective solution for MSP technicians like me at Acruity. That said, there are a couple of issues I’ve noticed while using Ninja.

The first is Apple patching. Patching on Apple devices (macOS, iOS) has been somewhat inconsistent, both in terms of success and in how statuses are reported in Ninja. When reviewing patching activity, we’ve often seen cases where the status of whether updates were successful shows as unknown.

Another area I’d like to see improved is visibility for MSPs into endpoint errors and alerts. At times, it feels like NinjaOne representatives can pull more detailed information from the back end than we’re able to access on our side. More transparency into what’s happening would likely save time for both MSPs and support. That said, if there’s a security reason this information isn’t generally available to MSP technician accounts, I understand.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of a multitude of client devices without a centralized management system is nearly impossible. NinjaOne gives MSPs the ability to track and manage hundreds of devices efficiently and thoroughly. With Ninja, we can respond to offline server alerts as soon as they come in. We can also review endpoint patching and quickly address computers that experience patching failures. When we need to run commands on a machine while a user is actively working on it, Ninja lets us run those commands in the background without interfering with the user. Overall, Ninja saves time for both us and the client, while reducing interruptions and keeping day-to-day management smoother. In down client scenarios, we are able to use ping monitors and server network availability to get a lead on the source of the issue and act accordingly.

  ### 4. NinjaOne Makes My Daily Work as an IT Service Provider Easier

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that it makes my daily work as an IT service provider noticeably easier. I can see the status of all my customers’ devices in one place and quickly identify where something needs my attention.

Patch management, alerts, software deployment, and scripts save me a lot of repetitive work and several hours each week. The interface feels modern and well organized, without being overloaded. I was also pleasantly surprised by how easy the onboarding was. Whenever I had a question, the support team responded quickly and genuinely tried to help.

NinjaOne is certainly not the cheapest solution, but for me, the time saved and the better overview of my customers’ systems make it worth the investment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

At the moment, there is honestly nothing I really dislike about NinjaOne. It works reliably, covers everything I currently need, and makes my daily work noticeably easier. So far, I have not come across any major issues or limitations that negatively affect my workflow.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small IT service provider, NinjaOne helps me manage all my customers’ devices from one central platform. I can monitor systems, install updates, deploy software, access devices remotely, and react to problems before the customer even notices them.

This saves me a lot of time, reduces unnecessary on-site visits, and allows me to support my customers much faster. Most importantly, it gives me a clear overview of all managed systems and the confidence that nothing important is being overlooked.

  ### 5. Reliable Patch Management and Remote Access That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Assistenza M. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is its Patch Management. It’s very easy to implement and has proven extremely reliable, both for deploying updates and for uninstalling problematic patches when needed. As a result, it has significantly reduced the time we spend managing Windows updates across our customers’ environments.

I also really appreciate the built-in remote access. Because it works through the NinjaOne agent, I can securely connect to servers and workstations from anywhere without requiring users to take extra steps. This has made remote support noticeably faster and more efficient.

Another feature I use regularly is software deployment. It works well right out of the box, and with PowerShell scripting it can be customized to automate even more complex installations. That flexibility has helped us standardize deployments and save a considerable amount of time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The biggest limitation for me is the monitoring system. While it’s excellent for standard endpoint management, I’ve found it less effective for more advanced infrastructure, such as Veeam Backup & Replication or VMware ESXi hosts. I’d like to see more comprehensive built-in monitoring templates, along with greater flexibility for these kinds of enterprise workloads.

Another challenge is alert management. It can be hard to exclude devices that are intentionally offline for long periods. For example, we have NAS devices that are powered on only during the weekend to run backups and then shut down again. So far, I haven’t found a straightforward way to avoid unnecessary offline alerts in these cases without resorting to workarounds.

On the community side, I expected a larger and more active library of shared scripts and automations. While there are some useful contributions, I’ve often had to write my own PowerShell scripts or rely on AI tools to create reliable installation and automation scripts because I couldn’t find suitable examples.

Finally, although NinjaOne has started introducing AI-powered features, I still think there’s room to grow. I’d like to see AI more deeply integrated into scripting, monitoring recommendations, alert analysis, and automated remediation to further reduce the amount of manual work required from IT administrators.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges NinjaOne is helping us address is **vulnerability management**. With the introduction of the **NIS2 Directive** in Europe, many of our customers are now required to regularly identify and document security vulnerabilities across their IT infrastructure.

The integrated **Vulnerability Assessment** feature has enabled us to meet these compliance requirements without having to introduce another standalone security product. Because it’s built directly into NinjaOne, rollout was straightforward, and we can handle vulnerability reporting from the same platform we already rely on for endpoint management and patching.

As a result, our technicians spend less time on operational overhead, while our customers still receive the reports they need to demonstrate compliance. Given the value it provides, the additional cost of the feature feels very reasonable compared with deploying and maintaining a separate vulnerability management solution.

Beyond compliance, the platform also helps us proactively spot outdated software and potential security risks before they turn into real issues, which supports improving our customers’ overall security posture.

  ### 6. NinjaOne – Trusted Partner In IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Floyd B. | Chief Technology Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve been using NinjaOne for about five years now, and it continues to be one of the most reliable and user-friendly IT management tools I’ve ever worked with. The platform is intuitive, easy to deploy, and incredibly stable, we’ve experienced virtually no downtime throughout our use.

One of NinjaOne’s greatest strengths is how seamless it is to deploy and manage across environments. The integration between their various tools including backup and enterprise-level endpoint protection is smooth and efficient, allowing us to centralize our management and support processes with ease.

NinjaOne also stands out for its training resources and community engagement. Their extensive library of learning materials and monthly open office hours provide direct access to professional engineers who are always willing to help. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they follow up promptly and even product improvement suggestions are taken seriously and often acted upon.

We run the tool 24x7x365, and it has become a cornerstone of our operations. The customer support team is exceptional, fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to connect you with the right person to resolve any issue.

Overall, I would highly recommend NinjaOne to organizations of any size looking to centralize IT management, monitoring, and support. It’s a reliable, easy-to-use, and well-supported solution that continues to deliver excellent value year after year.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Our company has never experienced any issues with Ninja One to report.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to centralize my company’s support and management within a single pane of glass. We can quickly deploy the tool across multiple devices and efficiently support both internal and external clients. This enables my team to deliver seamless, high-quality support, which is essential when serving clients who have equally high expectations of our managed services.

  ### 7. Clean UI, Fantastic Support, and Frequent Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert L. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Continiously being updated. Has an app that works on smart devices that allows me for quick fixes and checks.

The UI is clean and easy to understand.

Support has been fantastic. I can call for support which is rare with other RMM providers on the market.

AI can be improved. Would like to see more for resolution and customer /support interaction with AI and possibly with scripting as well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Patching is the biggest downfall for us.

Where NinjaOne fails in the patching is that any appliation that is open or needs some sort of client interaction, the patch updates fail. such as WebEx, CCLeaner, Chrome, FireFox and M365.

More specific for M365, is that if a user has a computer with M365 installed on it but the user using the computer is only licensed to use M365 online only, the M365 app is rarely ever used (never used if the employee uses only the online M365), yet because there is an install of M365 on the computer, the update will fail because the app is not activated or the user is not logged into M365 apps on the computer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja is helping with OS patching and letting me control and set up rules as to what for the OS should be patched and updated. For instance, i can tell it not to install or update 'preview' updates, but can have Ninja push up critical or important updates automatically.

Having tools to remote into sytems is also handy as well for when we need to work with a clent directly. Mostly Splashtop or Ninja Connect works well.

  ### 8. NinjaOne Streamlines IT Management with Reliable Patching, Monitoring, and Fast Remote Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nizar R. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is how much it streamlines our day-to-day IT management. The interface is clean and intuitive, so new techs on our team can get up to speed quickly with minimal training. Patch management and remote monitoring run reliably in the background, which has reduced the time we spend manually checking endpoints. The remote access tool is fast and rarely drops the connection, which is especially important when we’re troubleshooting urgent issues. It also integrates smoothly with our other tools (ticketing, documentation, etc.), so we’re not constantly jumping between platforms. Overall, it saves our team meaningful time each week and makes it easier to stay on top of a growing number of devices.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One area where NinjaOne still has room to grow is the asset management module—it doesn’t yet cover everything we’d like, so we sometimes have to rely on a separate tool. Tightening up asset management and simplifying the initial setup would make the product even stronger.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, our team struggled to maintain visibility across a growing number of endpoints spread over multiple locations. Patching, monitoring, and remote support were handled through disconnected tools, so issues often went unnoticed until users reported them.

With NinjaOne’s unified RMM platform, we can now monitor and patch devices proactively from a single dashboard. This has led to fewer unplanned outages and much less time spent on manual checks. Remote access has also reduced our average ticket resolution time, since technicians can jump straight into a device instead of waiting for the end user to troubleshoot first.

Onboarding new team members has been fairly smooth as well, thanks to the clean interface and responsive support whenever we’ve had setup questions. Overall, NinjaOne has helped us shift from reactive to proactive IT management, saving the team meaningful time each week.

  ### 9. NinjaOne Makes Remote Management Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heath H. | Corporate Technology Manager / ISSM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne provides seamless remote access to our systems, significantly streamlining our update, management, and troubleshooting processes. A standout feature is the ability for administrators to input credentials while a user remains logged in, which has proven invaluable for profile-specific installations and related administrative tasks. Furthermore, the customer support team is exceptional, consistently providing prompt and effective assistance whenever required. We rely on this platform daily to maintain operational efficiency and resolve technical issues effectively.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I understand this is a security feature, but it would be helpful to stay logged into the system and keep the remote window available while installing software or transferring files, especially when those tasks can take longer than 1–5 hours.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne has provided us with a reliable, comprehensive solution for accessing remote systems, facilitating direct troubleshooting with customers, and utilizing automation tools to resolve technical issues with greater efficiency. Consequently, the platform has significantly streamlined our support operations, enabling a more cohesive and effective end-to-end management of user requests.

  ### 10. Effortless Script Deployment Across Multiple Endpoints

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The capability of publishing a script and pushing it to multiple endpoints. This feature has saved me countless hours of manual labor when having to standardize changes across an organization.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The mobile app for NinjaOne. I wouldn't say that I dislike it because I still use it and it definitely helps when I don't have my laptop with me, but there's room for improvement. In terms of the NinjaOne Remote ap that allows me to connect to a session and control of another computer is very good, but, the NinjaOne Mobile app. I'd like to see more details in the Overview section when viewing a computer, and possibly having the file transfer option from within the mobile app. The only other thing I dislike is the performance of how quickly I can connect to a host when it comes online. The time from the endpoint being on and connected to the internet to NinjaOne being able to connect to the endpoint is almost 1-3mins, which is a while when you're on the phone with a customer.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Management, Patching, Cloud and On-Site Backups, Vulnerability Scanning, Network Discovery, Anti-Virus integration with SentinelOne, Automation and Scripting. It has allowed me to gain visibility on my business, automate time-consuming tasks and save me a lot of time.
