What I like most about Ninja Reports is how easy it makes something that is usually quite tedious: centralizing and visualizing data from different platforms in one place. The interface is quite intuitive, so you don't need to spend much time learning how to use it, and in a few minutes, you can have clear and useful dashboards.
I would also highlight the automation of reports, which saves a lot of time when working with clients or needing recurring reports. Being able to schedule them and forget about it is an important plus. Additionally, the customization is sufficient to adapt the reports to what you really need to show, without becoming complicated. In general, the experience is good, but I think there are some aspects that could be improved. For example, the customization of certain reports falls a bit short if you're looking for something very specific or more advanced; it works for most cases, but sometimes you have to adapt to the tool.
I've also noticed that some integrations could be a bit more complete or stable, especially when working with multiple data sources at once. It's not critical, but at times it does make you invest a bit more time in checking that everything is correct.
Lastly, at first it can be a bit difficult to understand where everything is within the platform, although once you get familiar with it, it stops being a problem. In any case, these are details that do not overshadow the overall good performance of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
