What I appreciated most about working with Nimap Infotech was the flexibility they gave us when we needed additional development capacity. Nimap's team was able to work with our existing requirements and provide additional technical support without us having to immediately expand our internal development resources. The main area I would improve is the early project coordination. At the beginning, we had to spend some extra time clarifying requirements and aligning expectations.
