NikoHealth has been a significant upgrade to our billing operations. It has allowed us to improve efficiency, process a higher volume of claims in less time, and accelerate reimbursement from our major payers. The onboarding and transition experience was smooth and well-supported, and their team has been consistently helpful in offering practical suggestions to integrate their workflows into our existing processes—rather than forcing us to change ours. Our primary frustration with NikoHealth so far has been with certain aspects of reporting. Ideally, we would like the ability to access more comprehensive, detailed data within a single report, rather than needing to merge information from multiple sources.
