What do you like best about NiHao Cloud?

it helps me keep healthcare files, educational resources, and wellness related documents more properly organized without making daily workflow complicated. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create health awareness content for social media, so I regularly use it for storing diet plans, patient education PDFs, wellness reports, nutrition charts, and healthcare media content. Uploading folders, managing libraries, organizing files, and accessing documents feels smooth during regular work. Features related to file storage, document organization, sharing, search, and library management are useful because they help me handle different clinic and educational resources together from one place. I also like that large files and multiple folders can be managed in a more structured way, which becomes useful while handling healthcare content and educational materials regularly.

The setup process was manageable for me and I did not face much difficulty during implementation. The interface feels clean for regular document management work, integrations are helpful, and customer support resources were also useful whenever I needed guidance. I use it many times during the week because it helps keep healthcare content, clinic documents, and educational resources more properly arranged and easier to access during busy schedules. What do you dislike about NiHao Cloud?

Sometimes while managing many folders and files together, the interface can feel a little old-style compared to some modern cloud storage platforms. While uploading or organizing multiple healthcare documents and media files at the same time, a few sections can take some extra clicks to manage properly in the beginning. I also noticed that some settings and sharing options take a little time to fully understand for new users, especially while handling larger libraries and different folders together.
