It provides me the three views I need to manage Financials that I can't find any other product (The P&L expense view, the project view, and TBM service costing view) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) The lag time for updates to be visualized in the Insights reporting module is far too long in today's world. 2) The time it takes to create the service costing model is far too long. Any mistakes cause a lot of wasted time. 3) Using Qlik technology as a backend has proven difficult, as it requires knowing a proprietary coding language to create custom reports. This issue on top of the refresh lag issue, has driven us to export the data in Excel and use macros to create the views we want. It would be such much better if they switched to a more common reporting platform like PowerBI or Tableau. It's my understanding that Nicus will try and address these issues in the 7.0 release, which would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your candid feedback on the reporting experience. While Nicus Cloud includes more than 100 out-of-the-box reports with real-time data, we recognize that customers also need the flexibility to create reporting tailored to their own questions and requirements. With that in mind, we are expanding Nicus Cloud with AI-native reporting and dashboards as part of a fully integrated AI experience. We are now demonstrating these capabilities to customers through product previews.
