What do you like best about Nickel?

I use Nickel to handle both invoicing and payment collection securely. The simplicity of the entire billing process from start to payment makes our jobs easier. It's quick and easy to send invoices to customers, and more of our customers are starting to use Nickel to submit payments. According to our IT department, the initial setup of Nickel was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nickel?

When sending invoices to customers, instead of the invoice being delivered separately to the employees at the company, it should cc all the points of contact at the company. It doesn't affect it much, but just having to tell customers the invoice did get sent to the right person can be a slight hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
