There is a huge note volume and it reduces the documentation burden which frees up clinician's time. It references prior records, tracks clinical changes, integrates key historical data. The “AI Timeline” is a neat feature: it automatically extracts key events per session, with things like life events, patient quotes, treatment milestones, etc. It gives a quick way to see the patient’s trajectory. Nonverbal cues, when a patient hesitates, or when they speak ambiguously may be lost or misinterpreted by AI. Sometimes what is *not said* (or how something is said) is clinically relevant and hard for AI to catch. Sometimes, it misunderstands medical jargon. These errors might be small (typos, misheard words, or spelling of novel medications). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
