What do you like best about NextPlace?

The automatic distribution to the AI channels benefits me the most. NextPlace once independently connected us to our ATS, and since then it runs in the background and no one on the team has to change their workflow. The job ads are automatically prepared so that they actually appear in ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. In the monthly reporting, I see how often they are accessed. What do you dislike about NextPlace?

There is currently nothing that I really dislike. The tool simply solves a major pain point and we are finally discoverable in AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NextPlace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our job postings were in the ATS and on the usual job boards. However, an increasing number of candidates are now directly asking ChatGPT or Claude for suitable jobs, and we were simply not findable there before. NextPlace precisely fills this gap without us having to manually maintain another channel. For me, this means more reach per position with the same effort.
