What do you like best about NextLevel.AI?

We’ve been working with NextLevel.AI for close to a year, and the Website BDR AI agent has become an important part of how we engage potential customers. Instead of old-fashioned web forms, it starts a real conversation, answers customers’ questions, handles clarifications and objections, and qualifies opportunities before passing leads to our team by email and through our CRM. What do you dislike about NextLevel.AI?

As our products, messaging, and campaigns evolve, we keep finding new scenarios worth adding to the AI agent. This requires ongoing fine-tuning, but the NextLevel.AI team has been responsive whenever we need to adjust the conversation flow or improve how we handle a specific case. What problems is NextLevel.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

The AI agent handles a high volume of early-stage lead conversations and removes much of the repetitive qualification work from our sales team. Our salespeople can focus on relevant opportunities instead of answering the same first-line questions. Compared with the traditional website forms we used before, visitors engage more actively, get answers immediately, and enter our pipeline with much better context.
