What do you like best about NextKick?

Honestly the biggest thing for me is the auto billing and payment error follow up, that alone probably saves me a few hours a month not having to chase parents down about failed cards. Setting up events for rank testing is so much easier too, I just set it up once and parents/students sign up themselves in the app instead of me texting everyone individually.

The auto generated certificates and scoring papers thing is small but it's actually huge, I didn't realize how much time that used to take until it was automated. Support has been really good, they'll actually pick up the phone or text back which is more than I can say for other software I've dealt with before. They keep adding stuff too, feels like every couple weeks there's something new (face recognition check in and the scoring system for testing weren't even a thing when I first started using it, now they're both there and honestly pretty useful).

Also switched partly because of the fees, credit card processing was cheaper and the monthly cost overall was less than what I was paying with my old setup (I had separate billing software and a separate management system before, now it's just one thing). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NextKick?

Transferring the payment information over was probably the most annoying part of getting started. My old processor didn't play nice with theirs so a bunch of my members had to go back in and re-enter their card info manually, which meant some annoying back and forth emails/texts trying to get everyone updated before I could actually cut over. Took a couple weeks longer than I expected honestly. Would be nice if that part was a little more automated, or at least clearer upfront about which members would need to redo it and which wouldn't.

Only other small thing is I wish there was a bit more heads up before new features roll out, sometimes I open the app and something's just different and I have to figure it out on the fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
