What do you like best about Nextar?

The UI is very user friendly and the Support is the best I've ever dealt with, I had a small issue with payment due to my Bank flagging it as unauthorised, so needed Nextar to attempt to take payment again once I had contacted my bank. The Support was very good and sorted it out straight away and was very friendly and easy to talk to on the live chat built into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextar?

I would prefer if they could charge in my local currency instead of USD as my bank charges for the conversion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nextar:

If you are unsure about anything, get in touch with them via Email first as they are quick to respond to any queries, and there is a two week free trial where they will give you the full support before you pay to ensure the software is right for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextar solving and how is that benefiting you?

My previous EPOS software was 4x the price of Nextar, and had support that took 2+ days to answer an email. In addition to this it would crash on a regular basis which in a retail environment can cause unhappy customers as they have to wait for the transaction to be run through again. Nextar has never crashed on me in the months I have used it and so saves me a lot of headaches! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
