The system has a great consolidated view on the main page of the client file. From there, I can see how many actions are open, how many policies there are and what they are, the recent attachments on the file and any alerts that another user has set for that file. The screens are easy to understand and navigate. Our switch to next year has been well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
