What I appreciate most is that they operate like a genuine partner, not merely a vendor. What do you dislike about Newax Technologies?

To be honest, since they operate more like a specialized boutique than a massive agency, the onboarding can feel a bit intense at first. They ask for a lot of deep-dive meetings upfront to fully map out your infrastructure before any build begins. Our biggest hurdle was administrative friction. Managing our welfare initiatives across scattered, manual spreadsheets was draining time and resources. Newax Technologies addressed this by building a custom CRM that brought our disconnected processes together into one automated dashboard.

The main benefit for us has been the time saved. By structuring our data and automating key workflows, Newax significantly reduced our administrative overhead and day-to-day back-and-forth.
