I like that NeverBounce is very simple and straightforward to use. I used to mostly rely on CSV uploads for bulk verification, but I really appreciate how well NeverBounce integrates with my other tools, allowing me to validate emails through API calls now. It's quick, and having access to a large dataset really builds my trust in the results. The API calls simplify steps and allow for more automated workflows, while CSV uploads, despite being a bit more manual, are still very quick for large lists. I'm disappointed with NeverBounce's policy of adding expiration dates to their credits. When I first started using them, their credits did not expire, and I had a really big bank of credits to use. They seem to have retroactively applied an expiration date to credits that were already purchased, which was disappointing. Although they were kind enough to give me an extension on that expiration deadline, I would have preferred if they had applied the expiration date only to credits purchased after the announcement, rather than backdating it. I don't like that since NeverBounce was acquired by Zoominfo, the experience has been terrible. The pricing raised by 300% in one month, which is outrageous. We’ve been a NeverBounce customer for over 10 years, but I can no longer recommend their service. We used their platform to verify every email we sent—expecting, of course, that verified emails wouldn’t bounce. Despite that, we continued to see a high bounce rate, which is simply unacceptable.

What’s worse, NeverBounce’s support was completely unhelpful. Responses felt AI-generated, with no real resolution offered, and we were left waiting without answers.

The first time we had an issue it caused a big disruption. We had a large email campaign ready to go - but it was shut down because of high bounce rates. We checked with neverbounce to ask what happened since we just cleaned the list the night before. We urgently needed to resolve the situation or we risk losing a week's worth of sending. They were slow to reply (taking 24-48 hours in between responses initially). Their responses were not helpful. And then they just stopped responding altogether. They did nothing to resolve the issue, or answer any of our questions. And they most certainly made no effort to honor their guarantee. My last message to them was that if we didn't hear back soon we were going to leave a poor review on G2 and initiate a chargeback. Suddenly they responded and said that our messages had been landing in their spam folder which is why they didn't see them. Rest assured they are on top of the matter now.

We chose NeverBounce to streamline our email verification process, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. After making the payment, the credits were not added to our account. The portal even shows a refund, but despite multiple follow-ups, no refund has been processed, and we received no response from their customer support team.

This lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve such a basic issue has impacted our business operations. I expected much better from a service like NeverBounce, but this experience has left us reconsidering our choice.
