It has helped me to accelerate my troubleshooting as it keeps on suggesting relevant articles and documents or even any known issues. Ever since we have integrated it with salesforce, it has increased overall efficiency and reduced SLA breaches Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Neuron7?
Sometimes it may behave wierdly but I believe its still growing and developing as we keep on feeding it with the data it will tet better with time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
