What do you like best about Neural Experience (NX)?

I like how they let me in their Asana board to monitor and correspond (when needed) with my project. I felt like a part of the team, and everything was so transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Neural Experience (NX) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted a website that was more personable than the rest. I wanted to truly connect with my visitors online and make them customers. As for existing customers, I wanted them to feel like family and have a dedicated place to go and someone to talk to when they had questions about their existing policy. Neural Experience gave me a full NX Analysis that gave me a full psychology profile of my customer and how to build a customer experience that will support what they really needed, while reducing common friction a lot of people suffer from when trying to buy an insurance policy online.
