I like how responsive Chris was from NeuGenity. He walked me through the process step by step and gave me a list of direct directions for the future, so I didn't have to reach back out to him unless I hit a snag. He's very responsive via email as well as via text. NeuGenity has helped me set up mobile device management, remotely upload applications, and manage account profiles on all my apple devices.
