"User-Friendly, Easy to Manage, and Great Control Over Upload Blocking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Netwrix Endpoint Protector?

This product is user-friendly and easy to manage. It covers all the channels, and the best part is that you can block uploads by default while excluding only specific URLs when needed. That setup also makes it easier to compare with other solutions. Overall, this product provides a single console to manage services for a DLP solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Netwrix Endpoint Protector?

Over the last two years, we’ve noticed that when new updates are released for the EPP client or the EPP server, issues tend to surface that weren’t present in the previous version. The same setup used to be stable, but after an upgrade, problems we had already identified sometimes reappear. We also test with a custom client, and after upgrading we occasionally see different results than before, even though the setup hasn’t changed. This is something I dislike on the Netwrix side.

Another concern is the Content Aware Alert configuration. In my view, having it only policy-based is fine, but based on our experience we also need file type–based alert configuration in Endpoint Protector. We discussed this with the Netwrix team, and they said that, for now, only policy-based configuration is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
