I like the ability to see changes in files, such as sizes and content, as it allows me to record what changes. It is valuable for tracking information integrity, as I can see the history of date, time, who made the change, and whether it was a local user or from the Active Directory, giving me control over the changes. It should have the option to send notification emails in addition to recording changes. I would also like it to include a mini DLP for protection; not something big with deep policies, but something simple that activates with strict and basic rules for change protection.
