What do you like best about Netwrix Auditor?

I love the risk assessment from Netwrix Auditor because it allows us to get insights on service accounts. It provides us invaluable reports on account creation, modification, and deletion, and receiving email notifications almost immediately upon a change is incredibly helpful. This feature enables us to react quickly to prevent incidents, and the daily email reports mean I don't need to log into the application every day. The user-friendly interface is great, and support is fantastic. It provides an easy-to-read view of everything happening in our environment, unlike the standard products, which is quite valuable for improving our security posture. What do you dislike about Netwrix Auditor?

I find there is a slight learning curve on how the information is presented. I have to understand that when looking at some reports, it will provide details on where the user was locked out from and by which Domain Controller/workstation. There does not seem to be a concrete method to obtain full details of service accounts and where they are being used, such as within an application, script, or database. It would be nice for Netwrix Auditor to be able to pull details from where a service account is being used. It should be possible to grab this information in numerous ways, such as filtering on the account itself or on the server. Netwrix Auditor gives accounts running scheduled tasks, but I need it to be able to pull details from applications, especially when the service account name can be viewed in plaintext and it is not encrypted. Recommendations to others considering Netwrix Auditor:

To enhance the user experience, it would be beneficial for Netwrix Auditor to offer more intuitive navigation and comprehensive documentation. Providing tutorials or guided tours for new users could help mitigate the initial learning curve. Netwrix Auditor improves our security posture with governance and audit features, providing visibility into account activities and file access.
