What do you like best about NetSuite?

I find NetSuite to be a good system for maintaining our ERP needs. It efficiently records our financial data, supply chain data, and fixed assets and helps reconcile the books at the end of the month. I like how user-friendly it is, allowing us to focus on more important tasks. It's very easy to customise to fit our business needs, and I love the global search and reporting features. The global search is useful for finding almost anything, and I appreciate the ability to use multiple tabs for multitasking. The system's efficiency and ease of configuration are definite highlights, making it straightforward to use. With effective integration capabilities, it fits our global business needs perfectly. What do you dislike about NetSuite?

I think sometimes, NetSuite can be very slow. Also, customer service can be a bit frustrating because when you reach them, they ask you too many questions to get to the bottom of a problem. I expected them to have better knowledge since it feels like they're asking questions as if you're using NetSuite for the first time. So, having better customer support would be helpful. What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use NetSuite as our ERP system to efficiently manage financial data, supply chain, and fixed assets. It simplifies month-end reconciliation, supports global scalability, and is easily customizable.
